Most people thought this year’s team would not match the many strong teams we’ve had in the past. But after a lot of hard work and some Seniors coming through, they have now reached a record of 10 wins and 2 losses with an overall record of 10 wins and 4 losses. It is truly a team that exemplifies what teamwork can do. Only one team member was back with any playing experience, Jeff Pelin. He is still doing an outstanding job in leadership and averaging double figures in assists. Picking up scoring slack in guard positions were Gary Bednarcyk and Jim Burnett. Rebounding and scoring underneath were Jim Martens and Brad Devereaux. Rounding out the thrust of the team was and you have the ingredients that turned out another stellar basketball season. – Coach Fitch
