The 1986-87 Basketball team had an exceptional season. Winning the always tough County East League with an 18-0 regular season record. Their winning streak continued up until the Sectional finals where they met up with a very tough opponent in McQuaid and fell short 69-64. The team was Senior oriented with promising Juniors for next year. Guiding the team was Coach of the Year Jeff Fitch.
